01. HR Officer _Ogden Basin
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing effective human resource policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a productive and compliant work environment. The HR Officer will be responsible for day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, records management, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the resolution of employee complaints and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records both digitally and physically.
- Process documentation for new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of personnel data.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
- Support supervisors in tracking employee performance.
- Monitor and record staff attendance and leaves.
- Ensure leave policies are consistently applied and followed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
About You
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.

The Project Exhibition Guide is responsible for providing informative, engaging, and professional guidance to visitors attending the project exhibition. They will assist in the smooth operation of the event by presenting project details, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. This role requires a blend of communication, customer service, and exhibition knowledge to effectively showcase projects and their significance.
Key responsibility
- Conduct daily reception and guided tours for visitors
- Demonstrate and explain product and system in the exhibition hall
- perform routine maintenance and management of exhibition equipment
- Assist in meeting preparations, organization and on-site service support

03. Chinese Language Translator (2 Positions) _,Addis Ababa And Ogaden Basin
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and culturally competent Chinese Language Translator who is fluent in Amharic and English, with preferable knowledge of Somali, to support communication across multilingual teams, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide accurate, context-sensitive translations of spoken and written material from Chinese to Amharic/English and vice versa, and optionally Somali.
About You
Education
- A bachelor’s Degree or certification in Translation in Chinese Language
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), Amharic, and English is required.
- Proficiency in Somali is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in translation and/or interpretation (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of the cultural context of the languages spoken.
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
