Reporting to: Director, Alliance Medical Solutions (AMS) Division ?
Starting Date: Immediately after contract agreement concluded
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to assist in the development and refinement of products based on market research and customer feedback.
- Design and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, and print) to promote products and services.
- Develop engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials that communicate the value of the products.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with sales, product management, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
- Foster relationships with customers by providing exemplary support and gathering feedback to enhance future marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in medical legislation to determine the effect it may have on company sales.
- Identify new opportunities to increase product sales, investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Negotiate strategically the terms of sale with customers to close sales.
- Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- MD in pharmaceutical, Medical Science, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of practical experience in marketing of medical equipment, product management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent negotiation, customer service, and consultative sales skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
Other Skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media strategies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical product sale.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
