Reporting to: Director, Alliance Medical Solutions (AMS) Division
Starting Date: Immediately after contract agreement concluded
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients.
- Lead project teams from initiation to completion, overseeing all aspects of project execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage client expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation analysis.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Mentor and coach junior sales and project team members.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the project team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc degree in pharmaceutical, business administration. marketing or sales management
- Minimum of three and above years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record of success in sales and project management, particularly in complex, large-scale projects.
- Ability to develop and manage sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales objectives
- Knowledge of Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas of improvement
- Able to develop relationships with key customers and vendors to ensure sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to monitor customer feedback and market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Welling to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
