Reporting to: Director, Alliance Medical Solutions (AMS) Division
Starting Date: Immediately after contract agreement concluded
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues such that involving specific equipment, systems, or software.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair on equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage multiple service projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation.
- Train junior engineers and technicians, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
- Identify areas for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- MSc/ BSC degree in Bio-Engineering, Medical Science, pharmaceutical or a related field.
- Minimum of Three years of relevant experience in service and support roles.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical equipment, products, technologies, systems, or machinery.
- Proven experience in customer service and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations.

- Experience with software tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, providing support and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance
