Purpose Of Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our Pharma and Scientific Supply Division team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. He/ she will work closely with clients to address their technical needs and provide effective solutions.

Reporting to:  Director, Alliance Medical Solutions (AMS) Division

Starting Date:  Immediately after contract agreement concluded

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues such that involving specific equipment, systems, or software.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair on equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage multiple service projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation.
  • Train junior engineers and technicians, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • MSc/ BSC degree in Bio-Engineering, Medical Science, pharmaceutical or a related field.
  • Minimum of Three years of relevant experience in service and support roles.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical equipment, products, technologies, systems, or machinery.
  • Proven experience in customer service and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations.

  • Experience with software tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, providing support and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
