Pharo Foundation is opening a new, high-quality school in Assosa and is looking for a responsible and well-organized Storekeeper to manage the school’s inventory and supply systems effectively.
📍 Position Details
- Location: Assosa, Ethiopia
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies as required
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of goods
- Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to track inventory usage and plan for reorders
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
About You
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in an educational setting)
- Proficient in basic inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Good communication skills in English
