We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions. Ideal candidates will be competent, motivated, and passionate about international development. These roles are an excellent opportunity for professionals with 7 to 10 years of experience who are eager to engage in the international development sector. About You

Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Law, Social Work, International Development, Human Rights, or a related field

    Experience:

The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in safeguarding, child protection, or organizational compliance, ideally within international, humanitarian, or multicultural environments. This should include demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing safeguarding frameworks, conducting sensitive investigations, and promoting organizational accountability. Proven ability to navigate complex ethical and legal landscapes, build capacity among teams, and influence safeguarding culture at all levels of an organization is essential. Experience working across diverse regions and cultural contexts is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation, or development effectiveness, preferably within global or multi-regional programs. This includes synthesizing data, interpreting findings, and preparing comprehensive reports that highlight key insights and recommendations. The analyst is also responsible for developing communication materials tailored to disseminate high-level evaluation results to diverse stakeholders, such as consortium members, donors, and policymakers. A background in working within multicultural, international settings is particularly valued.

The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or data-driven decision-making, ideally within international organizations or research institutions. This includes proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or Stata. The role requires a proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences, as well as experience supporting program design and evaluation. Cross-cultural communication skills and familiarity with working in multi-country environments are highly desirable.
