01. Metal Door Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the entire manufacturing process of metal doors to ensure efficient production flow, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The role involves supervising production staff, managing resources, implementing quality controls, and continuously improving production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
  • Allocate resources effectively (manpower, materials, machines) and monitor work progress across production lines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of fabricators, welders, fitters, painters, and other production staff.
  • Ensure all metal doors meet the company’s quality specifications and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to detect and correct defects or deviations.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all processes.

  • Solid understanding of welding, cutting, assembly, and painting processes.
  • Experience with production planning tools, inventory systems, and ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:
