Faith in Action (FIA) is a legally registered local CSO established in 2010 G.C. and re-registered in 2019 under proclamation No.1113/2019. FIA empowers children, women, and youth through programs focused on health, education, and economic resilience, working toward an equitable, sustainable future for Ethiopia. FIA is currently implementing an emergency response project entitled: “Lifesaving Cholera Outbreak Response to support vulnerable communities (IDPs/Returnees and Host communities) in Central and West Gondar Zones, Amhara Region Ethiopia” As part of this response, FIA invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit sealed bids for the procurement of the following supplies:
- Cholera Community Supplies
- Oral Rehydration Point (ORP) Supplies
- WASH – Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Supplies
About You
1. Bid Requirements
Interested bidders must submit the following valid and renewed legal documents as part of their technical proposal:
- Trade License
- Certificate of Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- TIN Certificate
2. Bid Opening
Bids will be publicly opened on July 07, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Faith in Action’s Head Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
3. Award and Delivery Terms
The successful bidder shall be required to:
- Deliver all requested supplies to the specified delivery site within one (1) week of receiving the award letter and signing the contract agreement.
- Deliver to the following location: Gonder town.
Faith in Action reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid without giving any reason. Failure to comply with any of the stated conditions shall result in automatic rejection of the bid.

How to Apply
Bidders must clearly state whether their financial offer includes or excludes VAT/TOT.
