Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to drive academic achievement, student well-being, and staff development
- Oversee daily school operations, including curriculum delivery, staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing school culture
- Lead staff performance evaluations and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with national education standards and Pharo Foundation policies
- Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and external stakeholders
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in leading and managing school teams and improving educational outcomes
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in using educational and administrative digital tools
