Job requirement:
The Ethiopian Council of Gospel Believers’ Churches seeks a motivated and reliable Human resource officer to support daily operations, maintenance, and logistics. The ideal candidate will perform various general support duties and logistical support.
- Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
- Preparing new hire paperwork, conducting new employee orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic.
- Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and processing benefits-related paperwork.
- Assisting when employees want to take a leave, record & file.
- Assisting with data entry and maintenance in the ERP System.
- Providing support to employees with HR-related inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Supporting the performance review process by scheduling meetings and gathering necessary documentation.
- Assisting with coordinating training programs and tracking employee training records.
About You
Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant practical experience of the above.

About You
Experience:
- LLB in law(First degree in law )with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience
Job requirement: –
- .Responds to matters related to the registration department
- .Able to provide legal opinions and decisions on controversial and legal matters
- Has sufficient knowledge and skills to resolve any legal issues
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and memoranda.
- Make all legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations, and that they protect the company’s interests. .
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s compliance programs, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential legal risks related to the company’s operations, products, and services, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents, and assist in the preparation of legal arguments for court proceedings.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including of our customers meeting minutes, and agreements.
- Support contract negotiations by providing legal advice and drafting key contractual clauses.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance topics, such as contract management, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
