01. Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

School of Global Citizens is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our new primary international school. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Principal and staff, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for parents, students, and staff. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring effective communication
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of student records, reports, and school documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize school events, meetings, and activities, including logistics planning and communication with stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, manage office supplies, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining budget records.

About You

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Secretariat science, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study.

Experience:
