Under the general supervision of Manager of Marketing Division, undertakes the marketing and sales activities of the company; conducts day to day management of the marketing and sales activities of the company; utilizes various media to communicate and create awareness of the different services provided by the company.
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in planning, organizing marketing and sales activities of the company to attain the overall objectives set by the Company;
Assists in planning, organizing and executes the marketing and sales activities of the company to attain the overall objectives set by the Company;
Participates in developing marketing and sales strategies; designs and proposes marketing and sales operating policies and procedures;
Ensures established operating policies and procedures are carried out with respect to marketing and sales activities of the company;
Executes marketing and sales activities in line with approved strategies and policies of the Company;
Develops and manages advertising campaigns; organizes conferences, trade shows, and major events to promote the products and services of the company; evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns undertaken;
Identifies analyzes and exploits market opportunities to fulfill the objectives of the company;
Conducts market research to identify new products, potential customers as well as to determine competitive advantage and to develop products and strategies;
Ensures that customers are well treated and their enquiries are properly addressed; ensures that appropriate advice is provided to customers regarding the type of services provided by the company;
Utilizes various media to promote and create awareness of the different services provided by the company;
Assesses and evaluates regularly the quality, adequacy and effectives of the provision of the different services of the company;
Collaborates with other organs of the company on matters regarding marketing, sales and related activities;
Undertakes performance evaluation of the marketing staff;
Submits reports periodically and as required on marketing and sales activities of the company; and
Undertakes other related functions as required.
About You
4. JOB REQUIREMENT:
4.1 Education:
M.A./B.A. in Marketing or Management or related field
4.2 Experience:
4/6 years of experience in marketing and sales jobs
5. COMPETENCIES
Good knowledge of principles and practices of marketing and sales
Ability of analyzing market research and preparing reports
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skill
Basic computer application skills
