Unit Affiliation: Geographic Regions Administration

  • Supervises the association’s schools and all services provided
  • Educational services for beneficiaries within the country, the association’s schools within the country, vocational training centers, and scholarship students

Specialization

Supervise the association’s schools within the country and participate in preparing and implementing the annual educational and vocational training department plan, including human and financial resources, programs, and activities, administrative manual

Tasks

  • Follow up on the achievement of administrative and operational objectives for school principals.
  • Ensure schools implement the standards, policies, and indicators approved by the association’s central administration in the fields of education, employment, upbringing, and the curriculum.
  • Contribute to the appointment of school principals
  • Follow up on, evaluate, and analyze school data and make recommendations regarding them.
  • Contribute to developing solutions to operational school problems
  • General evaluation of school performance in terms of management and education
  • Evaluate the performance of principals and train them to carry out their administrative tasks and follow up on their implementation of administrative directives
  • Contribute to preparing the annual educational plan, which includes all the objectives, procedures, and budgets required to be completed annually in schools
  • Uploading data on school performance indicators, students, teachers, and administrators.
  • Contributing to enhancing school resources through continuous evaluation of school regulations and submitting proposals to increase coverage.
  • Determining the training needs of administrative staff and teachers in the country and contributing to developing a training plan and nominating trainers.
  • Holding training courses and evaluating their impact.
  • Following up on students sent abroad and developing relationships with educational institutions to which they are sent to obtain tuition fee concessions and support for students sent by the association.
  • Building records of students sent by the association in the country and preparing reports that reflect their performance and the relationship with the school or university receiving the association’s students.
  • Working with the central educational administration to build and maintain a comprehensive administrative guide in accordance with the country’s data and the educational surface.
  • Determine the priorities for urban expansion in the schools (established) that it supervises through its relationship with the Central Education Administration and based on the data of the operational schools.
  • Identify the areas nominated for expansion in the association’s schools and determine the operational data through which the feasibility study is conducted. Contribute to achieving the institutional identity of the association’s schools and ensure the application of its data in its affiliated schools in the country. Conduct field visits to all schools affiliated with the country periodically and hold consultative and brainstorming meetings with school principals for the purpose of developing business.
