Job Description
1. JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Human Capital Business Partner Division will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and coordinating the activities the divison. He/She will be directly reporting to HC Department Director.
2. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• HCBP Division Manager always strives to make sure the HR Policy & Procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership.
• As strategic business partner resonates around proactive strategic approach whereby it works more holistically to translate strategy
• Confirms the alignment of HR activities & initiatives with the organization’s overall business strategy & business needs.
• Monitor and follow-up the proper cascading of strategic objectives to implementing work units
• Lead the development of business scorecard of work units of the Institution aligned with the business strategy and specific objectives
• Enhance the implementation of Strategic HR Management policies, standards, guidelines in operational units of VF
• Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help ensure compliance;
• Help line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
• Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve business performance.
• Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
About You
• MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related fields.
• A minimum of 7/9 years of relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in senior position preferably in MFI/Banks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies;
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
• Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
• Computer proficiency.
