About Us:

Deborah Pediatric Clinic and Therapy Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality medical care and therapeutic services to children in a warm and supportive environment. We are seeking a professional, organized, and sociable Receptionist & Cashier to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Position Summary:

The Receptionist & Cashier will manage front desk operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records in the clinic’s system
  • Process billing, receive payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy at all times
  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks as required

About You

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/BSc in accounting or related fields
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role; experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Who can speak English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo
