Job Description

Tasks
- Conduct field visits.
- Provide the department with field data to select and identify target villages.
- Determine the type of need and the type of development projects.
- Meet and interview beneficiaries
- Develop plans to target villages in need by creating a database.
- Collect and study requests.
- Review the government’s development plan and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Establish partnerships with the government and local and international associations.
- Establish strong relationships with beneficiaries and form local management committees.
- Involve beneficiaries in preparing projects and exploiting their potential and resources to develop projects.
- Train beneficiaries to manage and run projects collectively.
- Coordinate with technicians and specialists in all areas of the department’s intervention (agriculture, animal production, fish farming).
- Communicate and coordinate with the Ministry of Women and Children.
- Study the local market and request quotations.
- Managing risk and developing appropriate solutions to mitigate or avoid them before and during recovery.
- Adopting environmental sanitation, preserving the environment, and exploiting natural resources to reduce the carbon footprint when planning or preparing for any development project.
- Preparing feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Raising the office and center’s needs for development projects within the annual plan.
- Supervising project implementation according to the study, technical specifications, and approved budget on time.
- Monitoring project progress and developing an evaluation mechanism.
- Documenting influential positions.
- Media preparation for the project, including banners and posters for the launch or handover ceremony.
- Measuring beneficiary satisfaction through a beneficiary satisfaction questionnaire.
- Measuring the project’s impact on beneficiaries and the environment.

- Iktifa’ Project and Muwaqabah Project.
- Communicating with office and center managers to determine development project needs.
- Coordinating with the departments involved in the Muwaqabah Project.
- Establishing a database for orphans, the elderly, and those struggling academically to target them with development projects through direct interviews with them and their mothers or guardians..
- Holding periodic meetings with the center directors and the director of the development office, the Sufficiency Project.
- Supervising and following up on projects within the centers (the Sufficiency Project).
- Submitting periodic reports on Sufficiency Projects and Integrated Farms.
- Submitting project rotation requests, accompanied by a report on the current status of the projects.
- Participating in preparing and submitting the annual plan to the department based on the centers’ needs.
- Receiving construction development projects and developing an operational plan for them.
- Large farms and supervising and technically following up on large farms.
- Managing and running the farms and major development projects affiliated with the association.
- Submitting periodic reports on the progress of projects to the department.
- Continuous development and improvement of production by submitting studies to the department to ensure the quality of outputs and the continuity of the project.

- Follow up on the Iktifa’ and Integrated Farms Project (management, divorce, projects, centers).
- Follow up on the Ta’amabah Project (supporting orphans and their mothers, preachers, people with special needs, and elderly employees).
- Develop a training program according to the target groups (orphans, families, women’s cooperatives).
- Adopt and disseminate a culture of environmental sanitation and environmental conservation in all development projects.
- To build and develop field partnerships in the development field.
- Measure the impact of development projects periodically.
Speaking, writing, and reading Arabic is a MUST since the reports will be written in Arabic
