About Us
Asociación Amigos de Silva is an international humanitarian organization registered in Ethiopia since 2007. We implement sustainable projects in water supply, education, food security, and health infrastructure, empowering communities for long-term development.
We are looking for an Entry-Level Agriculture Project Coordinator to support the planning and implementation of our sustainable farming initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in agriculture and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and implementing agricultural projects.
- Work with farmers and stakeholders to support best practices.
- Collect data and assist in monitoring project progress.
- Provide basic technical support in crop and livestock management.
- Help coordinate resources and logistical needs.
- Support communication with local and regional authorities.
- Work closely with cattle specialist
- Report to the Project Manager.

About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in agriculture, community development, or project coordination. (Internship experience is also considered.)
- Basic knowledge of sustainable farming practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Fiche or Muketuri.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Amharic, Oromiffa, and English is required.
