Result of Service
All the finance had copied documents are scanned and filed in SharePoint all the invoices with VAT recoveries submitted on time to the Ethiopian Custom revenues and cheque received
Expected duration

Duties and Responsibilities
• Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and making copies before distributing.
• Sorting all payment documents alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
• Scanning UNOAU Petty Cash/Imprest documents. So that it will be uploaded in SharePoint.
• Creating or updating records with new files and information in excel worksheet.
• Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents and record the soft copies for easy tracking.
• Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed documents to other colleagues.
• Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier.
• Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard information.
• Archive the old documents appropriately for any further reference if required.
• You will organize paperwork according to an efficient filing system.
• You will be expected to protect and update files as well as make them easily accessible to your colleagues.
• Preparing the VAT to The Ethiopian Revenue Authority and follow up on the payments
Qualifications/special skills
- already an experience in archiving and submission of VAT
