Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract preparation, negotiation, and administration to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and company standards.
  • Manage and maintain all contract documentation and records.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties adhere to the terms and conditions.
  • Resolve any contract-related issues or disputes promptly.
  • Coordinate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to support contract execution.
  • Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers and other operational staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract summaries and reports for management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and payments in accordance with contract terms

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years and above experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
