Job Description

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing & Branding Coordinator will lead brand visibility and engagement efforts for our training programs and the Qelem BDS platform. This role will manage digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand governance across channels—including social media, websites, email, and public events. You’ll ensure that “Qelem by Kifiya” is consistently positioned as a trusted, impactful, and forward-thinking platform for MSME development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaigns & Strategy

  • Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for MSME training cohorts, Qelem Bot/App features, and national events.
  • Manage the marketing calendar across channels—social media, email, webinars, and digital events—to drive traffic, signups, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, training, and regional teams to align messaging and target the right audiences.

2. Content Development & Brand Storytelling

  • Produce compelling digital content (articles, infographics, videos, testimonials, case studies) tailored to diverse MSME audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end content production—including scripting, design, and distribution—ensuring adherence to Kifiya’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Maintain a central content repository and refresh content regularly based on analytics and platform updates.

3. Brand Governance & Visibility

  • Enforce visual identity and messaging consistency across platforms, events, and partner materials through regular audits and support.
  • Represent Qelem in national platforms, media engagements, and stakeholder forums—ensuring alignment and visibility of impact stories.
  • Collaborate with Kifiya’s central Marketing & Social Impact teams to ensure brand cohesion and message amplification.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, earned media) using tools like Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and A/B testing.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Use insights to iterate campaign strategies and test new creative formats or messaging.

5. Internal Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop communication toolkits for regional teams, BDSPs, and facilitators to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Organize quarterly capacity-building sessions for content co-creation and knowledge sharing.
  • Support promotion of events, forums, and product launches—turning them into key brand amplification moments.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or branding—preferably in tech, education, or social enterprise sectors.
  • Proven success managing digital campaigns and content production across multiple channels.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
  • Familiar with basic graphic and video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, email reports).
