We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help manage the financial operations that support our impactful projects.
Position Overview:
The Finance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Foundation’s financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Foundation’s mission while working in a collaborative and high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support budget creation and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s strategic goals.
- Analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to inform decision-making.
2. Accounting Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare necessary financial documentation.
3. Audit and Compliance:
- Support audit preparation, ensuring necessary documentation is available and in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to the Foundation’s financial policies and procedures.
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance team, including organizing meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining financial filing systems.
- Assist with financial documentation management and ensure quick and easy access to necessary records.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for operational needs.
- Help train non-financial staff on budget management and financial procedures.
About You
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a profit or multinational company (MNC).
Professional Qualification:
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification or equivalent accounting qualification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting practices, and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-cultural team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
