01. Sr. Treasury Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description

The Senior Treasury Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity management, managing short-term cash flow requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. The role will also handle the end-to-end process of Letter of Credit (LC) management.

Cash & Liquidity Management

  • Manage and monitor the company’s short-term cash flow position, ensuring adequate liquidity at all times.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and identify funding requirements or surpluses.
  • Prepare ad hoc cash position reports and analysis for management as required
  • Manage daily and monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of discrepancies.

Letter of Credit (LC) Management

  • Initiate and process LCs in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and banks to ensure all required documentation is in place and submitted as per LC conditions.
  • Track LC status and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid delays.

Bank Relationship Management

  • Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with all partner banks.
  • Manage documentation and communication related to banking facilities.
  • Monitor bank charges, interest rates, and service levels, and recommend improvements or changes when necessary.

Internal Coordination & Controls

  • Liaise with the accounting team to ensure all treasury transactions are properly recorded.
  • Ensure adherence to internal treasury policies and procedures.
  • Support audit requests and ensure all treasury-related documentation is properly filed and accessible.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking instruments, and LC procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

02. Accounting Manager/Head

Job Description

The Accounting Manager will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and compliance with applicable standards and internal policies. This role will manage accounts payable (creditors), accounts receivable, and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and will play a key role in the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.

General Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are posted on time.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, IFRS , tax regulations, and internal policies.

Accounts Payable (Creditors)

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review, posting, and payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  • Monitor and manage vendor contracts, payment terms, and aging balances.
  • Review and approve payment and ensure alignment with cash flow planning
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to validate GRNs and resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure 3-way matching is always maintained.
  • Ensure proper accruals for unpaid expenses and vendor liabilities at month-end.
  • Follow up and monitor goods-in-transit (GIT) purchases to ensure timely receipt and proper accounting treatment.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee the customer invoicing and collections process.
  • Monitor receivables aging and follow up with sales and customers on overdue balances.
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition and bad debt provisioning.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations between the customer subledger and the general ledger.
  • Implement and monitor credit control procedures in line with company policy.
  • Work closely with the commercial/sales team to resolve disputes, claims, or deductions.

Team Management & Internal Controls

  • Supervise, guide, and develop the accounting team.
  • Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.

03. General Warehouse Storekeeper

Job Description

The general storekeeper is responsible for proper storage of the material purchased in the store and then issuing it to respective departments on approved requisition. It ensures that all inventory movements are posted into the ERP system (Business Central) and SIV/SRV are reported to finance regularly. It ensures that the warehouse is kept safe from damage and inventory is safely protected. It also is purchased by Generator on time.

Warehouse Management and inventory handling

  • Record all received and issued goods in ERP system (BC) and Excel database and make daily reconciliation.
  • Prepare detailed movement of stock in the Excel format and perform daily traceability of materials.
  • Identify and segregate the stock accordingly based on their usage and batch.
  • List of property on the hand of employees (property custodian) record for asset.
  • Make sure the minimum order point is maintained. Compile and send the stock level to different departments for a purchase order to be raised.
  • Make sure all inventory balance is equal with actual count and investigate if there is any variance.
  • Make sure all stock requests are made through ERP system (Business Central).
  • Kept the warehouse in order and labeled as per nature of Materials.
  • Prepare store return voucher for all returning goods via ERP system (Business Central).
  • Physical count with record in the excels database and ERP system.
  • Compare and reconcile stock in excel vs system balance (BC).
  • Segregation of products the one that are damaged from active stock.

Good Recording Keeping

  • 100% utilization of ERP system (Business Central) to record all stock movements accordingly.
  • Ensure daily stock movement properly recorded in the excel data base and on ERP business central.
  • Perform shift (daily) reconciliation of system and actual stock balance.
  • Ensure 0 stock variance during monthly and year end count.
  • Effective utilization of resource
  • Ensure storage space is properly utilized.
  • Rigorously implement FIFO.
  • Proper handling of operational resources, pallet jack etc.

04. MCP Coordinator

The MCP Coordinator is responsible to secure and expand a stable source of raw milk supply as set quality standard at market price.

  • Identify and recommends the strategy of Dairy Development Program (DDP) for Holland Dairy in terms of Milk collection and coordination activities
  • Day to day sub coordinates with the operation quality control for raw milk quality and analysis at Fitche, Muke Turi & Chancho MCP’s
  • Secures the source for raw milk supply to be in accordance with the regulations and procedures as companies’ standard
  • Manage the relationship with local authorities (in particular with reference to animal health and dairy extension developments)
  • Develop extension requirements and services
  • Manage husbandry extension activities to dairy farmers
  • Develop/plan/ Implementation of relevant dairy projects
  • Develop, supervise and cooperate with Training Officer of dairy training program
  • Maintain good discipline, punctuality and smooth relationship with workers and suppliers
  • Manage technical cooperation with local authorities and private technician

This role also involves managing external relations with key stakeholders, including government authorities, peer organizations, and security networks.

1. Security Monitoring & Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor the security situation in Ethiopia, with a focus on areas where the company operates.

2. Staff & Travel Safety
