Job Description
ChildFund Ethiopia is an INGO dedicated to improving the well-being of children and families experiencing deprivation, exclusion and vulnerability. We create positive and lasting change in communities through partnerships with local organizations, implementing three core programs focused on education, health, and livelihoods. These programs aim to achieve tangible outcomes: healthy and secure infants, educated and confident children, and skilled and engaged youth.
ChildFund Ethiopia operates in Addis Ababa and two regional offices with the possibility of further expansion is seeking the service of a qualified Insurance Broker that shall offer expert consultation and facilitate all insurance-related matters, acting as a liaison between ChildFund Ethiopia and the selected insurance provider. This partnership will ensure the provision of comprehensive, cost-effective coverage in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
About You
Requirements
- The insurance broker should describe the experience in delivering similar services in similar organizational and geographic settings. Detail the skills and experiences of key managers / staff related to the responsibilities of the broker.
- The company should provide TIN, VAT/TOT, and business registrations certificates that have all been renewed and valid license for the current fiscal year and other evidence which demonstrate the organization is approved to operate in such business.
Each interested firm should submit its sealed technical proposals in a sealed envelope duly marking the envelopes as “Technical proposal for Insurance Brokerage Service”. The document must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose not later than 5:00PM /before close of business on July 23, 2025. EoI will be opened by the procurement committee.
Qualified brokers will be considered based on their responsiveness to the requirements listed on the ToR. Finally, the winner will be notified through the address.
ChildFund Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the offers at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.
