Job Description
- Operate and maintain CNC machines for cutting, bending, and punching sheet metal used in door production.
- Program CNC machines to ensure precise and accurate cuts according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret CAD drawings, engineering blueprints, and production plans.
- Select and install proper machine tools, cutters, and dies for specific door designs.
- Conduct test runs to ensure proper machine calibration and accuracy.
- Monitor machine operation and make real-time adjustments to improve precision and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to prevent production downtime.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, welders, and production supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and maintenance activities.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and procedures related to CNC operations.
- Prepare and review designs using CAD/CAM software to ensure compatibility with CNC machining.
- Request required raw materials based on design specifications and production needs.
- Coordinate with the store to ensure timely availability of materials.
About You
- Proven 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator in metal fabrication or door manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation.
- Experience with metal cutting, bending, and shaping processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings, blueprints, and production plans.
- Knowledge of G-code programming and ability to adjust machine parameters as needed.
- Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure precision.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical training or certification in CNC machining or metal fabrication (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and equipment maintenance.

Job Description
- Perform Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), and arc welding on metal doors, frames, and structural components.
- Assemble and weld door frames, reinforcements, hinges, and locking mechanisms.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to door fabrication.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain welding machines and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure welds are strong, durable, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct post-welding inspections to check for defects, warping, or misalignments.
- Work with the powder coating and finishing teams to ensure welded components are prepared for final processing.
- Operate grinders, plasma cutters, and other metalworking tools as needed.
- Repair and modify metal doors as per client specifications or quality control feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all company and industry safety protocols.
- Collaborate with CNC operators, fabricators, and production supervisors to meet project deadlines.
About You
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Welder in metal door manufacturing or a related industry.
- Certification in welding and metal fabrication (preferred).
- Expertise in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
- Ability to work with various metal materials, including steel and aluminum.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Experience in powder coating preparation and finishing processes (preferred).
- Familiarity with grinding, cutting, and shaping metal components.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and workmanship.
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and workplace hazard prevention.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
