Job Description
General Responsibility
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, collect and analyze project details, oversee the sales cycle, and develop strategic budgets and timelines. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, create comprehensive business plans, negotiate with vendors, and take ownership of solution development and bidding processes to drive business success.
Main Responsibility
- Lead the sales cycle for assigned accounts, from identifying potential clients to closing deals successfully.
- Identify potential for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Establish and nurture client relationships while gathering insights into project scope, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior executives to evaluate client project objectives, progress, and overall outcomes.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to ensure customer requirements are accurately addressed.
- Design and implement detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and growth milestones.
- Explore and capitalize on new sales prospects through networking, fostering long-term business partnerships.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure cost-effective solutions that meet client budgets without compromising company profitability.
- Take full ownership of solution development, bidding, and proposal processes for designated accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and align them with the appropriate pre-sales team for effective solution delivery.
About You
- A degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing within the Information Technology sector, preferably with a background in a technology-focused company.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated professionalism with a solid work ethic.
- Ability to build, nurture, and sustain strong client and business relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong teamwork and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in customer service management and relationship-building.
- Quick adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
- Well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
