Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Officer to join our dynamic restaurant and cafe team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and grow our customer base. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and culinary teams to create impactful campaigns that showcase our unique dining experiences and build a loyal customer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the restaurant and cafe’s brand, menu offerings, and special events
- Create engaging content for the company’s website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms
- Manage and optimize the restaurant’s online presence, including website, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media accounts
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, promotions, and partnerships to drive customer traffic and increase sales
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative marketing content highlighting new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation
- Assist in the development and distribution of printed marketing collateral, such as flyers, brochures, and menus
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance the restaurant’s marketing efforts
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
