Job Description
Background:
Wako Gutu Foundation (WGF) improves the well-being of Pastoral and Agro-Pastoral communities.
Summary:
Design and oversee the MEAL system for WGF’s programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop MEAL plans.
- Design data tools.
- Analyze and report data.
- Provide feedback.
- Facilitate learning.
- Coordinate evaluations.
- Build staff capacity.
- Manage MEAL resources.
- Contribute to planning.
Details:
- Duration: One-year, possible extension.
- Salary: Competitive.
- Reports to: Executive Director.
- Location: WGF Head Office, Finfinnee (with travel).
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher, 8/6 years’ experience (5/4 with NGOs).
- 5 years MEAL experience.
- Fluent in English and Afan Oromo; Amharic proficiency.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Independent and collaborative worker.
- Committed to WGF’s vision and values.
