Position Summary:

The Pediatric Nurse will support our physicians in delivering high-quality care by performing clinical and administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pediatrics, attentive to detail, and has a warm, reassuring approach with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during patient assessments and minor procedures
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical history
• Provide guidance to parents/guardians on child health, medications, and home care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Who can speak English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid license
• Experience in pediatric nursing is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Kind, patient, and child-centered approach
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Who can speak English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo
