Reports to: Board of Directors / General Manager / School Owner

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: With Negotiation

Key Responsibilities

1. Instructional Leadership

  • Provide visionary leadership to promote high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Lead curriculum planning, review, and implementation in line with national and/or international standards.
  • Monitor student achievement and instructional practices using data to drive improvement.
  • Ensure inclusive education that supports all learners, including those with special needs.

2. Staff Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Lead teacher recruitment, induction, appraisal, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

3. Student Management & Discipline

  • Create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
  • Oversee student discipline policies and procedures.
  • Encourage student participation in academic, extracurricular, and civic activities.

4. Administrative & Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including budgets, timetables, school facilities, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and accreditation requirements.

5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and the school community.
  • Promote the school’s image and reputation through transparent communication and public relations.

6. Strategic Planning & Policy Implementation

  • Develop and implement school improvement plans aligned with the school’s mission and strategic goals.
  • Ensure school policies are up-to-date, communicated, and effectively implemented.
  • Work closely with the school board or ownership on long-term development and resource planning.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years for degree or zero years for MA degree of relevant teaching and leadership experience in a school setting.
