Job Title: Senior Inventory Control
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Inventory Control to oversee inventory management processes, improve accuracy, and ensure optimal stock levels across our operations. This role will play a critical part in analyzing inventory data, leading cycle counts, reconciling variances, and implementing best practices to maintain inventory integrity and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, transferring, and issuing materials or products.
- Lead and coordinate regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, working cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
- Analyze inventory trends and usage patterns to optimize stock levels, reduce excess or obsolete inventory, and avoid stock outs.
- Support implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Generate reports and present insights on inventory performance, aging, turnover, and accuracy rates to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior inventory staff and warehouse personnel on inventory procedures and systems.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
- 5 years of experience in inventory control or related position.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
