Job Description
1.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting research to identify new product or ideas.
- Gathering and analyzing data to support Research & Business Development initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Designing and implementing experiments or tests to validate concepts.
- Developing and documenting technical specifications and reports.
- Staying updated with industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Managing Research & Business Development projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards related to R&D activities.
- Presenting findings, progress updates, and proposals to management or stakeholders.
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing research data using various statistical or qualitative methods to extract meaningful insights or conclusions.
- Preparing detailed technical reports, research papers, or project documentation to communicate findings, observations, and recommendations to stakeholders within the organization or to clients.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring Research & Business Development projects, ensuring that they are executed within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Keeping up with industry trends and staying updated on the latest advancements, trends, regulations, and best practices within the industry to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
About You
2. Minimum Qualifications:
A. EDUCATION/TRAINING
- MBA/BA degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing Management and Finance or related fields.
B. EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5/3 years of relevant experience, preferably in MFI.
C) TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Proficiency in English language;
- Good knowledge of participatory methodologies and skills in communications;
- Computer literacy and demonstrated report writing skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant Research & Business Development tools, software, and techniques.
D) WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF TRAVEL REQUIRED
