UI/UX Designer (Urgent) -2 Positions

We are seeking a talented Intermediate UI/UX Designer to transform our software into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design engaging interfaces and enhance user experiences for web and mobile applications. With 3-5 years of experience and a passion for user-centric design, and contribute to creating accessible, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Design storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to map user journeys.
• Create intuitive, accessible UI components (e.g., menus, tabs, widgets)
• Develop mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to refine layouts and improve usability.
• Ensure brand consistency across fonts, colors, and imagery.
• Identify and resolve UX issues, with a focus on optimizing complex user flows.
• Lead small-scale design projects from concept to execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in UI/UX design are a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Skills:

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio is a must, showcasing web and mobile application designs with clear examples of problem-solving (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with engineers.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating feedback into design improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and creativity, with an interest in emerging technologies like AI-driven design tools.
